Design
We measure your rooflines and put together a plan for your home, free, before you decide anything.
Commercial lights
C9 LED bulbs on socket wire cut to fit your roofline exactly, so there is no spare wire bunched at the corners. We own them, you don't buy them.
Installation
Clips made for each surface. No nails, no staples into the roof, and a standoff so our ladders never rest on your gutters.
Service all season
Anything that goes out is our problem, not yours. You are never billed for a repair.
Takedown
In the first weeks of January. You don't need to be home.
Storage
Your display is labelled and kept as its own kit, so next year's install is faster and still fits your home.

Our packages start at $1,500, and that is the whole season — design, lights, install, service, takedown and storage. Most homes land between $1,500 and $2,500. Florida sales tax is shown on your quote.

What moves the number

  • How much of the home you light — front only, or the full wrap
  • One storey or two, and how many peaks and angles
  • Palms, crepe myrtles and other trees
  • Columns, garland, wreaths, shrubs and pathway stakes
10% off when you book and place your deposit by October 15 and we install before October 31. Returning customers save 10% in year two and 15% in year three.

If something goes out, we fix itwithin 24 hours.

Call or text us by 5pm and it is repaired the next day — 48 hours in the two busiest weeks around Thanksgiving. It is included, and you are never billed for a repair. That promise is the reason to hire a company rather than a ladder, and it is the one we would want held to us.

We wrap palms. We never staple them.

A staple driven into a palm makes a wound the tree cannot heal over, and it becomes an entry point for disease. Plenty of crews do it anyway because it is faster. We wrap the trunk instead, and we would rather take the extra time than damage a tree that took twenty years to get that tall.

Palms and crepe myrtles are some of the best-looking work in this part of Florida, and they are what makes a Jacksonville display look like it belongs here rather than like it was copied from a catalogue.

How it works

Fill in the form below or call. We will ask about the address, roofline, stories and any trees you want lit.

We design it and send a price

An itemised quote with options, so you can see exactly what each part of the display costs and decide what you want. The quote holds for 21 days.

We install on your date

Half down to book, balance on install day. Most homes take one to three hours. You don't need to be home, as long as we can reach the outlets and the gates are open. We text when we're on the way and send a photo when it's lit.

We come back for it

Any service you need through the season, then takedown in January and storage until next year. In the autumn we get in touch about your renewal and your discount.

The things people ask us

Why is it more than the guy with a ladder on Facebook?

Two reasons. We are insured and we don't get on your roof without the right gear, and our price includes the whole season — if a section goes out on December 23rd, we are there. Most cheap installs are hang and leave.

Do I buy the lights?

No. We own the lights, install them, maintain them, take them down and store them. You are not left with boxes in the garage or a ladder in your hands.

Will this damage my roof or gutters?

We use clips made for each surface — no nails and no staples into the roof, and a standoff so our ladders never rest on your gutters. We photograph the roof before we start and tell you about anything already damaged. If we ever break something, we tell you the same day and fix it at our cost through a licensed trade.

What colours can I have?

Warm white is the most popular, and we also do pure white, red, multicolour and custom patterns. Changing colour in a later season costs nothing extra.

Can you do my palms?

Yes, and they are worth doing. We wrap the trunks and never staple into the tree — staples create an entry point for disease that a palm cannot heal.

Will my electric bill jump?

No. The whole display is LED and typically draws less than a hair dryer.

Can I use my own lights?

We don't hang customer-owned lights. Store-bought sets fail mid-season and we can't stand behind them.

When do you install, and what if it rains?

We start in late October and run through mid-December, and we schedule a date range rather than an exact hour. We don't work on wet roofs — it isn't safe — so if it rains we move you to the next available day and tell you.

What happens if a storm comes?

We secure or remove the vulnerable pieces beforehand where it is safe to, and come back afterwards to re-hang and re-test at no charge. Please don't climb up after anything yourself.

When do the lights come down, and where do they go?

The first few weeks of January, and you don't need to be home. They come back to us, labelled and stored as your kit, so next year fits your home exactly and goes up faster.

Do I have to rebook every year?

No. We reach out ahead of the season with your renewal and your loyalty discount, and you confirm the date.

Do you do permanent lighting?

Not this season. We are focused on seasonal displays.
